You no longer need to meet with a member of the stake presidency if you want to be a temple worker, the stake president simply needs to submit your name & the temple presidency will reach out to you. Still fill out this form & send a text to Mike & he will inform the stake presidency.

You only need to meet with a member of the stake presidency if this is your first Ecclesiastical endorsement. If you are renewing your endorsement, you only need to meet with your Bishop. Though feel free to reach out if you are having issues.
